The daily study of Torah is filled with richness and wisdom.  It is important for believers in Messiah Yeshua to engage in daily study.  As we study G-D's written Word, not only do we achieve understanding, but we also gain strength in our spiritual lives.   Messiah also taught us that the Torah points us to Him:

"For if you believed Moses, you would believe Me, for he wrote about Me" - Yochanan 5:46

Synagogues around the world read the same parashah, or portion, each Shabbat. The Torah is divided into 54 weekly portions so that the whole Torah is read annually. Selections from the Haftarah (Prophets) are also read each week, and in Messianic Synagogues selections from the Brit Chadashah (New Testament) are included. There are also selections listed for the Feast Days.
