About Rabbi Manuel:
A Sephardic Jewish believer in Messiah Yeshua, Rabbi Manuel has been married for 34 years to his beautiful wife, Rebbetzin Barbara. Together they have three wonderful adult children, all of whom serve in the Messianic Jewish ministry, including their son-in-law.
An Army Veteran and Retired United States Border Patrol Agent of 25 years, Rabbi Manuel was one of the original developers of the United States Border Patrol Chaplaincy Program. He was also the first National Chaplain of the United States Border Chaplaincy. He was also recognized as the first Messianic Jewish Chaplain by the United States Border Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security.
Rabbi Manuel also serves as an Associate Rabbi at Baruch HaShem Messianic Jewish Congregation in San Antonio, Texas as well as the Texas State Representative with the National Jewish Fellowship of the Assemblies of God. He is also a credentialed Rabbi with the IAMCS and affiliated with the MJAA. He has studied at Global University, the Institute of Jewish and Christian Studies as well as at the Kings University, with an emphasis on Messianic Judaism.
Rabbi Manuel also hosts a weekly podcast called, "Going Through the Gates."
